A Gallup‑certified strengths coach with a career spanning journalism, venture capital, and executive coaching. She spent five years as a journalist documenting the rise of China's technology landscape, then 14 years as a VC partner investing in mobile internet and technology innovation — including early‑stage investments in leading companies such as ByteDance. In recent years she has worked closely with founders and C‑suite leaders on leadership evolution and high‑stakes decision‑making. She brings to coaching the commercial rigour and pattern recognition of an investor who has helped and supported hundreds of founders and companies in the increasingly complex and fast-changing environments.
